The flowers were delivered by two under aged girls. The lilies in the bouquet were old and had a strong oder as if they were sprayed? Had to be thrown away. The " plush animal" I paid for was NOT like the picture... My wife hasn't tasted the off brand " champagne" can't wait! Lol... I paid big bucks for this delivery. She took it well, but I was seriously let down. Dealt with FloraQeen for years... Only one issue. Come on guys make this right please and I'll drop this review.

We ordered twice and both deliveries were outstanding. Amazing communication especially since both orders went to Germany. Very Customized gifts were ordered, customer support went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes and did NOT disappoint. Thank you for making my parents and us very happy customers. We will always order again.
