I recently changed my entire floor on the lower level. I am very happy with the new floor for the following reasons.I loved the show room. They have lots of floor materials and color options. They are very helpful and knowledgable in the store. Once you know what you want, they come to measure very soon and get a cost estimated. The price is very reasonable. The installers came on time, did an excellent job up to the little details. I am very happy to choose this company. They were recommended by neighbour. I am very happy with my new floor and highly recommend Custom Floor & Design.
I am not a regular poster of reviews, but Benny and his team at Custom Floor & Design have been so phenomenal that I really want to share my experience.
Selection / Decision process: Their show room design is very unique - huge place and so much selection from all the major brands. What is unique is that for most of the well known lines, they have entire sections of their floor installed designed with various samples - so instead of assessing from a 2 by 3 feet sample, you get a much better feel for what it might look over a much larger area like what it would be in your home. My family and friends, including I, have all used them for carpets, hard wood and vinyl flooring in our homes. We all are very pleased with their workmanship and prices.
