I've been going regularly for a few weeks now for eyebrows, upper lip, chin, and the gnarly little body hairs that sprout up here and there. Just got out of another lovely appointment and it popped into my head to review because I again left smiling! I see Wendy but from other reviews and a few brief encounters everyone sounds so nice. Wendy is just stellar. She's kind, funny, sweet, a diligent & skilled professional with endless compassion for when it hurts (and it doesn't always, sometimes it hardly stings) and she's also a knowledgeable guide on achieving an effortlessly natural look. Electrolysis itself is not exactly a pleasant experience, but I look forward to my appointments because they're lovely people and wonderful company!It's clear that beyond being skilled and professional, they care about the work they do as well. They are also very trans friendly :3Nearly all of my appointments have been with Mary, who's awesome. I've had an appointment with Wendy too, which was a very similar experience in terms of the high quality of care provided.

A great staff is the hallmark of any solid business. Electrolysis is a pretty long process so finding a welcoming and friendly place is important. They are LGBT friendly, very knowledgeable and friendly.
