Spoke to the manager over the phone and he had incredible customer service. He was able to get us a recorder with no notice and made our child very happy. Truly recommend this music store.

Great experience at this location! Was immediately greeted by Aaron (the manager? If not he should be!) was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with. The way he treated us as well his staff we noticed was so genuine and refreshing to see. Explained the product I needed perfectly as I'm using it now, I got exactly what I needed, and we discussed so much more. I will be back and will recomend this location to my friends and family just based on the rare 1 on 1 customer service I received from Aaron which is almost non existent these days. Keep up the good work!

Chantilly Music is my favorite music store in the area. I trust them, in the past they've even recommended me other places if they didn't have what I wanted.They're handling the pandemic as safely as they can, wearing masks and being concious of touching merchandise. Ernie was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right microphone for me, among other items.
