The service representative was knowledgable, and thoughtful. I had a problem with the new deadbolt, and they scheduled a time quickly and arrived on time and dealt with the issue. I do recommend Baldino's Lock and Key.

I was hesitant at first since most Locksmith businesses' have gone mobile and charge an arm and a leg for a car key. Boy was I amazed and proved wrong by this Baldino's Lock & Key location!. As soon as a stepped in this store, I got nothing but polite, honest, down to earth employees willing to help. Big kudos to management at the Chantilly location and the young gentleman who took care of my car key needs this afternoon. I look forward to do business again and will certainly spread the word among my relatives and co-workers! :)

Baldino’s in Vienna is awesome!
They were hired to drill out a safe and despite unforeseen challenges, made it happen.
The technician was very professional, great people skills, and succeeded in getting the safe open.
We have hired them previously to replace locks in the house and same experience.
