If you want competence and knowledge, call Alpha Aire. 24 degrees outside with no heat. Scott had it working in record time. He came highly recommended ~ I highly recommend him to you. I am ashamed to say I rarely take the time to write reviews. This man deserves 5+ stars!!!

Service was excellent start to finish, responsive & thorough. However, he did not wear a mask in our home at any time, & in these times of COVID19, that really is a safety/ cleanliness issue. To be fair, I neglected to ask this in advance or at the time (I was surprised!) & he did keep reasonable space distance most of the time, & took no obvious offense to the precautions I took myself. I recommend if this is a concern for you, to request & see what happens.

Scott was a pleasure to work with! He is honest and made sure that everything that was done incorrectly on our HVAC by the original installers was corrected. My system has never worked or looked better. I highly recommend his work as he takes great pride in it. Thank you so much!
