Since I have been going to Palmer Chiropractic Care in Centerville I have been able to walk normally liked I used too years ago. You see I have Arthritis in both knees and it was very difficult to move and I had so much pain it was almost unbearable. Dr. Pete and the whole staff have been extremely nice and very helpful and have helped me so much I would say I have 98 % of my movement back and almost no pain.

My wife bought us a membership to see Dr Paul for 10 visits about a year ago. I have been relatively healthy but my body was aging so I attended most of the visits but never scheduled it in my daily life. Recently I fell down the stairs and landed on my butt. I was fine for a few days and then it all came crashing down on me. My left side of my lower back was screaming. If I walked more than 100 steps my entire left leg was in agony. My visit with my doctor resulted in Motrin and Flexural....unfortunately nothing worked unless I was lying down or seated with my legs raised. I lived like this for over a week. Leaving work early because I couldn't function. My wife returned from visiting family and was scheduled to see Dr Paul. I called and got a same day appointment at the same time as hers. X-rays were taken and compared to those a year ago and it could easily be seen one of the lower vertebrate had shift during my fall and was placing pressure on my nerves in my left leg. An adjustment was made and I felt I was in a Baptist revival when Dr Paul told me to stand up and go walk around the building. I was pain free and enjoyed the walk. Some pain has returned but at a lessor degree, looking forward to next week for my next adjustment. I have definitely changed my mind about chiropractic care and will continue regular visits to maintain good health.
