Today I politely emailed Tax Strategies regarding a mistake I felt had been made on my taxes starting in 2021. Another accountant found this error with how my taxes were prepared in 2021, which subsequently carried over into following years. I brought it to their attention today and Sonja replied denying any responsibility and telling me that my new accountant was better suited to file an amendment to my returns than them. Sonya's reply was unprofessional and she failed to look at the information provided to see if they had perhaps made a mistake. What a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and nice, yet knowledgeable and professional. Best of all, it only cost half the money I'm use to paying. My new tax home. Thanks guys! See ya next year!
