“I had been searching for an addition to my wife's Nativity set during the holidays. She had kept saying that she needed more animals and the Shepard set had them. After many internet searches I found what I had been looking for at a fair price online at Windsor Gifts located in Roanoke, Virginia. I ordered in hopes it would arrive soon enough for my wife to add to her collection. The box was packaged and wrapped really well to make sure that there was no damage that could occur. Expecting a copy of the invoice enclosed, I was pleasantly surprise to find a hand written thank you note included with the order. This was such a nice personal touch to find included with the order. If I have anything else I need that Windsor Gifts has to sell, they will be my first choice because they have a genuine care about customers. To Windsor Gifts, thank you for your personal touch. A mix of multi colored roses with gold wire for a touch of elegance in the glass vases.Maryjo had great suggestions for a clean, simple, elegant table setting. We even rented the runners because the venue only had white tablecloths.“

“I called from Maine to order an arrangement for a funeral in Salem. Wayne did a wonderful job!!! I was not at the service but one attendee said that the arrangement was "stunning and unique," and some of the service attendees were trying to figure out how to replicate its beauty. “I am leaving the previous post to let people know that the original order was from 1800 flowers.I received a beautiful basket to make up for items missing in the original order. They did not have to call me or even send me a basket but they went above and beyond. Please if ordering go to the florist themselves it would save you from headaches. I told him that was all that was delivered. He checked his order and email them. It say you will have a response in 48 hours. As of 10 days after he has not gotten a response.“
