Superb customer service and best warranty experience we have ever had. This is our fourth new home and there is no comparison with the responsiveness and follow-thru we have seen with ProHome Metro DC. Sure we had some issues with our new Miller & Smith home, as with any new home, but these issues have been methodically addressed and resolved. I believe the real key to this success is because of Ms. Amber. She is a truly amazing service representative for ProHome in whom we have total trust and confidence. Every time we needed to call ProHome, Amber answered the call with a calm, courteous, and professional voice telling us just what we needed to hear - that she had the necessary information and would follow up until the job was done. And she is absolutely good to her word! She genuinely cares about us, our home, and the service needed to make things right. Because of Amber, I'm a big fan of ProHome and I highly recommend this outfit without any reservations. You all are the best in my book! P.S. Nearly every other homeowner on our block agrees that Amber is amazing and the epitome of great customer service! Keep it up!

Drew is extremely accommodating and personable; Patient as my kids scream in the background. Did not have high hopes of the service with ProHome since they were approving 1yr warranty flaws with our home. However, Drew and ProHome was the only enjoyable part of the experience. Would highly recommend them.

They've addressed every issue we've had with our new home since the closing.While there are still things that have to be corrected. I'm confident that Prohome will make it right in a timely and professional manner.
