J Hood came within an hour, told me it's a bio-hazard and called a clean up crew who cleaned out, tore uo walls and carpet and did exactly what needed done, the sane day. “I have had a series of great experiences with the professionals at this HVAC company. It started with the replacement of my dysfunctional Carrier outside Air Conditioner, with a better performing Amana unit and Honeywell Thermostat (Carrier distributor had claimed it "could not be done"). The owner Mr. Robert Gault actually has been awarded patents for inventions in this area - a thoughtful person. Six months later there was an electrical short in the wire running through the basement. Although it had nothing to do with the units they installed, they came out to the house, traced down the break in the wire, fixed it - no charge. Two of technicians who work on HVAC systems - Mr. Alex and Mr. Joshua are quiet professionals. Just a good company with great people.“

“Called to report that our heat was out at 4PM. Andrew called us (after hours) to tell us we would hear from dispatcher early AM to tell us when a crew could come out. Mark called at 7AM to tell us that our crew was en route. Curtis and Jose arrived at 8AM, diagnosed the problem immediately, drove to Sterling and back with the new part and installed it in 15 minutes. “I have to share a recent interaction my family had with Air-Right Design. My mom, who recently passed, had worked with Air-Right for many, many years for her plumbing needs and was always very happy with their service and technicians. All I have to say, they went above and beyond for her knowing she was a single elderly person. They were very kind. I was in town with other family this past week/weekend and we ran into some well/plumbing issues at her house. I called and they were super quick to come out, we thought we had the issues identified, but it ended up being something else, they came right back out an hour after they'd just left, diagnosed the problem and it was fixed within 90 minutes. “I received stellar service from Amanda and Nathan at Parrish Services from start to finish. I called them for a second opinion after another company told me my HVAC system was dead and irreparable, offering no explanation, and my only option was to buy an entirely new system - with options of $10K or $12K ("and there is only one available, so you better act now"). Nathan arrived early the next morning and took his time doing diagnostics, explaining to me what he was doing every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and explained what the problems were and what he was doing to remedy them. He got my system back up and running in and stuck around until he knew it was steady. I was fully prepared to buy a new system anyway within the next few months and asked Nathan for estimates, but he told me that likely would not be necessary for another several years. This type of honesty and integrity is hard to come by these days. I cannot recommend Parrish Services enough and will be using them for all of my future HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs (I just moved into an older condo with MANY needs that keep surfacing, so be ready for my calls!!)“

“I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received. The first time was August 2023 because my AC had stopped. The technician arrived at the appointed time and fixed the AC quickly. He showed me the 'old' part and explained why it needed to be replaced. This is when I signed up for their annual maintenance plan. In fact, when my furnace was checked in September, Bill recognized that my furnace was starting to leak carbon monoxide. I knew it was 20 years old!! So I wasn't surprised. Turner's replaced the unit, and Bill made sure to order one that used the same filters that the original one used! I was grateful for that because I had new unused filters. Bill has been back to check my AC unit, in the Spring, and recently my furnace! He is always professional when he is here! I would recommend to everyone to use Turner's Service for their needs.“
