Our senior dog Annie had a medical incident while we were visiting the area. Dr. Higgins and staff were kind, compassionate, experienced, and Dr Higgins examined her throughly, explained what was happening to Annie and what we could not yet know, allowing us to make a decision. We would go back in a heartbeat.

We are grateful for the compassion and support we received from Dr. Higgins and staff during a tough decision. Dr. Higgins was so patient and caring and gave us comfort. I cannot thank you enough for being there for us.

I have to thank Dr Higgins, the front office staff and vet techs working here for seeing our 14 year old ‘pup’ while vacationing in the area. They were not only compassionate and understanding but also both proficient and efficient. Although the vet had morning surgeries and scheduled appointments, the office was able to fit in our dog and at least two others for emergent issues, still taking plenty of time do do a thorough assessment and answer any questions we had. Wish this was our hometown so this could be our full time vet!!
