I contacted Tim on July 3rd for an A/C issue and he was able to come out later in the day and fix it for a reasonable price. I appreciated how quickly he was able to get to work and made sure the job was done correctly. I highly recommend him!
Tim was amazing! We have to say that this was the best customer service we have received in quite some time. He showed up to replace our thermostat and went above and beyond to complete the job. Tim provided us a more up-to-date one and did a little wiring work so that the new thermostat was not dependent on batteries. He talked to us about a better furnace air filter, checked the Freon in our AC and filled it to the appropriate level. He is our new HVAC guy. Above and beyond service and no price gauging. Highly, highly recommend.
Tim is an absolute lifesaver. I contacted him yesterday morning around 0900 because my A/C hadn't been working for the past three days. Tim stated that he would be at my residence in about 30 minutes; arriving promptly and courteously. He was able to diagnose the problem; the starter was burnt out and my A/C apparently hadn't been cleaned in years (I'm a new home owner). Tim immediately replaced the starter and cleaned the coils and my A/C began working smoothly as if it was brand new.
