After having my Ipé deck treated annually for many years by a competitor, I switched to Mardeck’s hoping for a better experience. They outperformed the previous contractor in every way! Mardeck's was responsive in answering questions and scheduling. They did an outstanding, neat and thorough job in power washing, sanding and staining the deck. When I added work not originally contracted, they adapted immediately and charged a very reasonable additional amount. Mardeck's installed a composite deck and steps, and 'modern' wire cable railings for us in January 2021. While it took a while for the parts to arrive, they provided excellent updates and we are happy with the process and quality of final product. Carolina was particularly patient at the beginning in laying out all our options and providing price comparisons so we could find the most affordable solution. Christian and Mario diligently braved the coldest weather of the year and went the extra mile to ensure our unique requests were met. Mardeck's was the most reasonable of the four estimates we got.
