“I hired Amazon for dryer vent cleaning, and I couldn't be happier. It was a difficult job because the duct was hard to find in the attic, but my technician Ruben was thorough and persistent. By the time he was done, he had cleared out years' worth of hardened lint that had completely blocked the duct in multiple places. Ruben explained to me every step of the way what the issues were and how to avoid them going forward, as well as all the possible scenarios and what they would mean (e.g. if the builders hadn't connected the vent, if a bird flies through the vent flap, if the dryer check filter light comes on).

“My HVAC in my condo went out after a solid 24 years - of course on a Friday. Based on reviews from neighbors in my condo building I was able to get 4 quotes by Saturday morning - 3 within a few $100 of each other and one about 50%(!) higher (FH Furr). Upon doing more research in reviews and calling back to talk about options to get an Energy Star rated system- which Dwight Muse was easily able to help me work through - I scheduled with them. My only complaint is that communication on the day of the appointment was not great. They gave me a wide window of arrival - sometime between 9-12. At 1150 I finally got a text saying they were on their way. Maybe 45 minutes later I went downstairs to ask my front desk if they had checked in and it turned out they were already arrived and up on the building roof - while I was still waiting for them in my unit. Once we got past the comms issue, all the rest went smoothly. I particularly appreciated the extra care with paperwork (for the tax credit) and making sure the spacing of the new unit inside my hvac closet would allow for extra storage. And they stuck with it despite running into a late issue getting my existing thermostat correctly connected, not leaving until we were sure everything was working. I would certainly recommend Dwight Muse, and use them again.“
