Excellent customer service, the hardwood and baseboards are beautiful! The installation was done in a day and they moved all the furniture, cleaned up, and hauled all the old carpet away. Highly recommend!

After solving our basement water issues, we were finally ready for new floors. We knew it was going to be a significant investment so we did lots of research! We chose Floors and Designs because of all the 5 star reviews with consistent feedback. We are happy to add our 5 stars to the Floors and Designs Fan Club. :)We began the process by meeting Sam at the showroom where he patiently explained several different flooring options and price points. We narrowed down a few choices of luxury vinyl plank and he came out to our house that week with the samples so we could see them in our space while he measured.We got on the schedule soon after and the crew got the job done... read full review

Great work by Sam and his team. Loved how the floor looked once the work was done. Scheduling was easily done and Sam was super responsive. I highly recommend his work and will look to hire him again for future projects. Overall, it was an excellent experience, great value and I am very pleased with the results.
