We had a strange chemical smell which we thought was coming from the HVAC (turns out it wasn't). Two other companies came out and stated that we needed to replace the system since it was on the older side (10k cost). I contacted Dwight to get pricing on replacing my HVAC system as a third estimate. Dwight looked everything over (more thoroughly than the others) and told me that I do not need to replace the system yet. I'll be calling Dwight Muse when we actually have the need for a new system and for any other issues related to heating/cooling!

My small business has been dealing with heat issues for over a year. When another HVAC company couldn't solve my problem, I went online and found Dwight Muse Mechanical. I initially spoke with Mohamed, who started to troubleshoot my issue over the phone -- how rare to find a technician willing to spend time with an unknown (but potential) customer! When my problem persisted, Mohamed came the next day and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. He was professional, knowledgable, and very capable. I am so glad I found Dwight Muse Mechanical and they will be my choice for my office HVAC needs going forward!

I thought I had posted a review in the past but apparently I neglected to do that! I have used this company at two different houses for furnace repairs, AC repairs and tuneups, as well as a hot water heater replacement, and they are fantastic. Mohammed knows his stuff and he's a great guy. I had a really tricky situation with a disintegrating pipe that the first company told me would require removal of the whole furnace to replace the one section. Mohammed and his crew got that sucker out without having to relocate the furnace, and at way less cost than other estimates.
