Mohammad came and saved the day! Truly. We found out our AC had stopped working late Friday night and I was out of town so had to wait until I got back. Called Mohammad and he came out thankfully later that day. After trouble shooting and looking for solutions, not just slapping a band-aid on it. He found the culprit, some workers had been working on plumbing in the garage (i am in a condo building) and had hit some wires that were to my unit. He cleaned them up and rewired and capped them and then my AC was back to working! I had an amazing experience with Dwight Muse when my home's heater stopped working. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Mohammad, the technician who came to repair it, was absolutely fantastic! He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had my heater up and running in no time.
Not only was the service efficient, but Mohammad also went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He was friendly, respectful of my home, and truly cared about getting the job done right.
