I can't say enough about the company and can't thank Mohamed enough. We have an older roughly 17 year old heat pump system that wasn't working so I was resigned to having to replace it. Started with a reputable national/international retailer that I love which connected me with a local company they work with. The salesperson came to assess our system and gave me a replacement quote that blew me out of the water and had me think I should get my head checked for the range of price I was looking to pay. Decided to go online to field other estimates and was connected with Dwight Muse. Right off the bat the conversation with Mohamed was down to earth and personable. With my description of what's needed Mohamed didn't hesitate to give me an idea of what the replacement cost would be, which was far more reasonable and much in line with what I had originally expected. Feeling better about the cost I had Mohamed come by and he confirmed the estimate. Mohamed then took a closer look at the system and quickly found and fixed the problem with our heat pump for a reasonable cost. Even though I was prepared to go ahead and replace our heat pump system anyway which is statistically overdue, Mohamed advised me to keep it. He repeatedly reaffirmed a much higher opinion of our current heat pump which the previous company had me convinced belonged in the garbage, even though in retrospect and by comparison that salesperson didn't in anyway demonstrate any meaningful working knowledge of HVAC. So we still have a quite old heat pump running and running well, with a comfortable knowledge that if anything were to go wrong I have a company and a guy on hand that I can fully trust. I would readily recommend the company to any friends and family as Mohamed is worth at least a call just for his opinion and advice alone.
