We highly recommend J.B. Vaughan, a local excavation expert at Lake Anna. He is a super nice, honest, and fair person. Also, he’s a long time local that is very well connected and he has many years of experience. He’s done a lot of work over the years at Lake Anna including all types of excavation and site work, and he’s installed and helped to maintain some of the largest and best lakefront beaches. He loves what he does, usually answers the phone, and is always willing to provide a free estimate and expert advice.
