Great service!! I called mid week because I goofed about checking our tank. Called about getting service, and was told it would be after the storm. Knowing it was my fault, I understood but they under promised and over delivered with our propane today!! Thank you so much! Best company for service in Lynchburg
This company is awesome!! We called on Monday because our gas was getting low, have had no power since Saturday & another storm forecast for tomorrow. They have gone above & beyond to make sure we had enough to stay warm, so friendly & caring & came today & filled us up! I can’t recommend this company enough!! We are customers for life!!
Francis Oil and Propane came out to install new heaters and service our logs. Jay was home and hasn’t stopped talking about how wonderful the service was. Ended up only needing one heater as they were able to fix the other right then. They did a great job with servicing the logs as well. Owner called the next day to check on our satisfaction. As much as I hate the cold, at least we are ready for it. Thanks so much Francis Oil and Propane.
