We have 3 chihuahuas who do not board or attend doggy daycare on a regular basis so they are a little shy to warming up. Tracy and Joe treated them like one of their own and took great care of them while we were on vacation. Tracy did a home visit first to get to know them, then our dogs went to her home for a few hours the week before we left town. Tracy communicated with us and even sent pictures while we were gone. We didn't have to worry at all knowing they were safe and sound. We will definitely return when we need boarding services again!
Tracy and her team have looked after our cats on several occasions over the past two years. We could not be happier with the level of care, dedication and love our pets receive from her and her staff. They truly go above and beyond and have exceeded our expectations on every occasion.
