“My recent visit to the European Wax Center in Gainesville, Florida was fabulous. The intake person was very friendly and accommodating. The wait was short, but comfortable in a beautiful, clean setting. The music was very nice, perfect volume. The beautifully packaged before and aftercare products were tastefully displayed on a lit wall so you could look at the various offerings and ask about them while you were having your services. In a short time, my technician Aeriyana came out. The first thing I noticed besides how well she presented herself with her friendly introduction was her smile. She took me back to her suite, walking side by side in time with me as I was walking slow due to prior surgery. I didn't feel rushed in any way. She held the door open for me and after a bit of light banter over what skin care products they offered up front, I was on the table and ready for my brows. Her room was very clean, as was her workstation and utensil set up. She was meticulous, with every last little stray hair plucked, waxed and a skin finish put on. My armpits were done next, with the same meticulous care as the brows. Painless and efficient, yet made me feel like she had spent hours on me. There was absolutely no pain and the treatment sites didn't even get red or irritated. Needless to say, of all of the spas I have been to over the years, this was by far the best experience, ever. Also noteworthy, your first visit with them is free, and they offer a free service for your birthday month. Although single visits are already reasonably affordable, they have a package plan that makes having my two procedures done together next time less than 40 bucks. That's not a lot of money to treat yourself and have this kind of upscale experience. I have my next appt scheduled with Aeriyana in four weeks. If you want to enjoy a kind smile, warm hands and a gentle, knowledgeable demeanor in a well-kept environment while having your procedure done for a very decent price, I suggest you book with Aeriyana at the European Wax Center in Gainesville, too.“

It was I that bought it up to the owner and manager and yes, we all looked, double checked for these people's names in schedules, payment and even laughed about the surveillance that just somehow don't have any of these people's names or on site of the spa and building.
