During the past 20+ years I have been using computers at home and at my office. On several occasions I have experienced interruptions due to Viruses/Malware issues and hardware failures. I would go through the routine of disconnecting the cables and carrying the bulky processor to a local computer service store for the appropriate computer service. I would need to anxiously wait for several days for the telephone call stating that I could come and pick up my processor. Derek has been coming to solve my computer problems for four years now.I saw the ad on his car one day and soon afterword I needed his help.He arrived promptly and was very polite and professional, even to the pointof covering his shoes. I needed his expert expertise yesterday and hestopped on his way home from the airport after a long trip just to make sureI was taken care of right away. Now I call that caring customer service.I will simply sing his to everyone and I am very greatful for my geek guy!Mary

Derek is extremely responsive and very fair with pricing. He fixed my computer issue in under one day where most everywhere else was going to be at least several days and the price was excellent. The idea of supporting small business is right here. Call this gentleman with your computer needs.
