The Bristol VA location has yet to read our tag, so the attendant has to come and scan their card and punch in our tag number so we can use our membership. The wash and vacs are very good but having the issue with the camera system is beyond annoying.....went to the Blountville Carwash. The camera tag reader worked perfectly. The Bristol VA system is the problem.Services: Polishing

Due to the sun blocking a great view of the screen I had accidentally selected to do the $5 signup membership… While working to get this issue resolved, Taylor Harrison at the Bristol location, had exceptional customer service explaining the promotion and its benefits. Certainly a returning customer!

Love this place. It seemed a little high at first but really it's worth it, just to be able to drive up anytime and get your car washed. And if you want it cones with free vacuuming, window cleaners, and an air hose to blow out the cracks and crevices. Oh and there's a mat cleaner as well.
