Christy did a great job. First time experience here after moving from Florida, Christy fit me in her schedule right away, she is very professional and sweet, very efficient and i really love my highlights. The location is really easy to find, very welcoming. Highly recommended

Christy has been doing my hair for nine years now. She is proficient with color, cuts, and styling as well as being a good listener. :) The atmosphere is very inviting at the shop. Her business partner, Heather, is also a very nice person to be around. I recommend Salon 31 to anyone looking for a long-term place for your hair needs.

Excellent ? the best service ever ??????? my hair never looked so good ? this is going to be my forever hairdresser l just moved to Bristol l had the worst experience at another place and was referred by a very nice neighbor about this salon I will never go elsewhere I highly recommend this salon
