“I needed a PCP due to my other "doctor" never being available. I filled out the online forms and in a span of 2-3 days (can't remember) I was contacted by Carilion Clinic. They scheduled me out and let me know they would be sending in my forms by mail to fill out. 1 week before my appointment I received all my forms and filled them and took them to my appointment. I arrived 15 min earlier and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed by how fast their service was since I was used to waiting for 30 min or more at my last doctor. Kelly Rupp was awesome and she listened to everything I had to say. She was very professional and friendly. Needless to say I WILL be coming back to her for my medical needs.“

“As someone with terrible health insurance and multiple conditions, finding Dr. McCain was a blessing. The flat monthly fee and convenient ways to contact her have made repeated, frustrating, and expensive doctor visits a thing of the past.Some people may balk at the cost, but I consider it cheap for the level of service. I'd pay it even if Dr. McCain were similar to all the other doctors I have seen, but she is incredibly caring and easy to talk to, clearly has her patients' best interests at heart. She gets to know you, your goals, your ailments, your concerns, and gently nudges you in the right direction.“

“Dr. Ashby is quite possibly the most knowledgable, experienced, professional, down to earth doctor in the state of Virginia , and across the country probablly. Very caring to each individuals patients personal feelings and concerns , and doesnt just approach with a standoff , it is what it is attitude like most Drs. I have dealt with in the State.My quality of life would be nowhere near as well as it is right now , if i had kept stepping backwards on my illness , with the many other unexperienced, careless , PCPs and Specialists around the state of VA. Hands down the example of what EVERY health professional should model themselves after.Staff is also very attentitive for the most part as well.
