“I took my 2 year old for her first routine check and I had the most pleasant experience. I was able to fill-out registration paperwork online days prior to the appointment so check-in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was polite and informative. Our wait time was about 10-15mins in the waiting area, which is fast in my opinion, we had time to talk to our toddler about what to expect and what was expected of her. Once we got called back, the assistant was quick to accommodate our child who is spanish speaking only which made the experience much easier for her so she could understand. During the check-up, Dr. Jen and her assistant were gentle and talked her through it all. I am very happy we chose this office for her dental care and very much recommend it. “When I was fitted for my partial my gum was raw when the technician put it in. I was told to wear my partial for 2 weeks & use a salt water rinse. The appt was made for 3 weeks out. After several days of my gum getting worse I called to see if I couldn't be seen earlier. I was told that due to protocol I could not be seen earlier. Needless to say I could not wear my partial & when I tried it only made it worse. I ended up with a throbbling tooth ache. When I finally went back they made a minor adjustment. I was told to use the salt water rinse for several more days so we will see if this works. If only they had let me make an emergency appt I wouldn't have had to suffer.“
