I called and got a prompt response. The owner said that he was in Norfolk, but would send someone over. (good!) When the gentleman arrived, I had my doubts about whether or not he knew what he was doing. He looked at the furnace. I literally mean looked at it. He didn't open it up and peer inside. He just stood in front of it and looked at it. He said he was going to send a picture of the inside to his boss and call him to see what to do, but I live in the country. There is no reception here, so that didn't happen. He stood on the register and said, "Yep, the fan is on and there is no heat." Then he left. He said that since I had had a "fan is on and no heat" problem...read full review
