Amazing service & kind humans. Not many want to or will work on a Mini Cooper. But Thompson Auto went above and beyond. I was expecting them just to check the basics and they sent us a full inspection with pictures. The best part is they didn’t only highlight what was wrong but also told us what wasn’t wrong. My daughter’s car was fixed in a super timely manner and best part it was actually fixed. I walked away with a sad bank account but with a happy kid And confidence in the repairs. Thank you Donnie and team! Also, the lady that answers the phone is seriously the sweetest person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service ❤️❤️

I am beyond impressed with the professionalism and service of Thompson Auto Repair. I had my car towed to their shop and was welcomed by Dana behind the desk who asked me some questions about my car in order to best meet my needs. She was warm, friendly and genuinely cared about what was going on. The shop's owner (or partial owner, I'm not sure), also gave me assurance that they would figure out what was going on and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though I didn't have a scheduled appointment, they still got me in and called me later in the day to let me know what repairs would need to be done.
