“I had extensive medical grade keratin tip extensions by Serap 4 months ago and the experience has been great! From explaining the process, taking a whole day of labor to install the extensions, to answering all my questions, Serap has been extremely accommodating, helpful, and patient. She is very quick to respond and wants to truly help her clients, which shows. I have had the extensions styled by many professionals and they have all been very impressed by the quality of her work. In the last 4 months, less than 10 pieces have fallen out (from over 200). I am very happy with my experience here. When I went in for my initial consultation, I was very nervous and not sure about doing the mini face lift, but Dr Berman's kind and positive remarks and his reminding me that I was beautiful, help make me feel at ease. He personally explained the procedure and side effect at my pre-op appointment. The procedure went super smoothly.
