“Matt Hoffman gives the best deep tissue massage around. I drive from Downtown Richmond to Hot House Midlothian for my appointments. He is very knowledgeable in sports massage and can isolate muscles that need extra attention as well as give a whole body deep tissue massage.“

I’m hesitant to write a review so the secret doesn’t further get out ;) My favorite class is the Saturday am Yoga Sculpt & Flow with Christina (and I wish there were more on the schedule!!); it is such a challenging, yet at times, relaxing class. I appreciate how this class pushes me and the variety of the workout each week never gets stale. Christina is an excellent teacher who knows how to coach and provide those bits of encouragement throughout this hot class. The only recommendation I would have is to provide the cool, lavender towels as soon as stretching begins (rather than waiting until the end) because that is when having that towel would feel best…coming down from an amazing & exhaustive workout.
