“One of the best massages I've ever had. Go for the full 90 minutes. Very firm pressure that actually was therapeutic compared to other massages that do pretty much nothing to release muscle tension. The room is beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend.“

“I have asthma .I had sinus pressure and dry cough. I scheduled an infrared sauna with a Salt cave session right after. I felt so much better after! The salt cave broke up the congestion so I was able to blow out and cough up the mucus stuck in my sinuses and lungs. If I had not been able to clear it out I would have ended up with sinus infection or bronchitis.
