“Flo took such great care of me. She was so kind and sweet. She really took her time to help me find a lip pencil that was perfect for me. She didn’t show me whatever was popular which is something that a lot of people at Sephora and Ulta do now. She really went out of her way to help me. I could tell that she was very passionate about make up and her job and that she was very knowledgeable. She helped me try on different shades for my skin tone at varying price points. She even asked what my budget was which was incredibly considerate.

Erica also helped me. She helped me find a lip gloss. Together, the both of them helped me find the perfect shade. And the color was a perfect match for my natural lip shade. They made me feel so beautiful and so welcomed. And they make such a great team.

This was without a doubt the best experience I have had at any beauty store. Now when I go to Ulta, which I definitely will now, I will always ask for Flo. Incredible service. Thank you so so much!

Flo was the only one that asked me if I needed help with anything as I was ignored by everybody else for at least 30-40 minutes. All of the other associates were talking loudly amongst themselves in the brow area complaining about the job which I found very unprofessional. There is a time and place for everything..“
