Love this place! Their employees are the best I’ve seen in Blacksburg hands down! I wish other businesses had the same level of customer service that Sun Tan City has. Jenna helped me in freezing my account while I travel and was so understanding and extremely helpful! She’s an amazing employee and so great with customers! All of the employees are great to be honest. I would recommend Sun Tan City to all of my friends! Great overall experience!Service: Tanning

I just recently went to Suntan City on a Friday at 9:00 pm thinking they closed at 10:00 pm. I was greeted by Kierstan who told me that they close at 9 on Fridays. She was so understanding and such an amazing person that she let me tan while she closed up. I felt so terrible because I’ve worked retail before and last minute customers are the worst. She assured me it wouldn’t be a problem and was so kind and helpful! Employees like Kierstan are the foundation of successful businesses. Without people like her no business would succeed or grow. This location’s employees are all great and extremely helpful, but Kierstan made my night and I hope I didn’t ruin her night...read full review

Really nice staff and clean. I accidentally left my ring (belonged To my grandmother) in the room and they called me immediately when they found it and kept it safe till I was able to pick it up.
