I recently worked with River Mountain Properties to find off campus housing. Kaila, Bailey, and the entire staff were wonderful throughout the leasing process. I appreciate their guidance and their quick, honest communication. I would highly recommend River Mountain Properties to Virginia Tech students seeking housing near campus!
Kaila was super helpful with an emergency situation we had during a weekend when our cat sitter was unable to access our flat due to our spare fob not working. She swooped in and saved the day!
We stayed at Mill Creek Cabin for an event at Va Tech. The cabin was spacious, well equipped, and nicely decorated. But the best part was the scenery and the view. The pond is beautiful. The little creek that runs by the cabin is beautiful. The whole setting is amazing. We will absolutely choose this cabin every chance we get!
