Nancy, one of the co-owners of Legacy Builders NRV, began as the real estate agent for me and my husband. With infinite patience over more than a year, she responded to our evolving vision of what we were looking for. When we finally landed in a small 1954 rancher in a perfect city location, she assured us that her construction company (typically focused on high-end custom residences) would help us with necessary renovations. True to her word, we now have a lovely master bathroom, produced with attention to detail and to our exact wishes and needs. Everything remained within the original budget.
