Needed to get a new hitch pin and the guy came out to help immediately. He picked the lock on the old one since we didn't have the keys and only charged $20. Good people and have never had a problem here.

I had to get a new key made after mine failed. There where some shipping delays but once they got the key they knocked the price of labor off for coming out and reprogramming a new key for me.

We had a wonderful experience with Brian’s Lock & key ? from 1st talking to Michael who was a complete pleasure to speak to and with Darwin who came to help us get off a lock on our storage unit he was in direct communication with our son and he was prompt and on time even though our son was late getting there Darwin left and came back to provide our son with excellent service and removed the padlock in minutes. I will 100% recommend Brian’s Lock & Key to all my friends and family and any Hokie needing there type of services. They do much more than remove locks .
