We have been using Bobby of Blacksburg Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years at our home and office. They always resolve the problem and come immediately when called with an emergency. They work wonderful with the town and projects go smoothly. I would not use anyone else.
Had a big leak in my water heater TP valve - found at 6 AM with a lot of water already making a mess. Reached the on-call person by calling the main number - he gave me immediate advice, and was out to fix it before 10 AM. I was overjoyed at the quick fix and fair price. They will be my go-to from now on!
I got up one morning to find a very bad leak from the TP valve on my hot water heater. I got the on-call person who gave me immediate good advice, and followed up after normal working hours began (when he heard my voicemail and realized that the secretary wasn't in yet. It was fixed by 10:30 AM. I couldn't possibly be no more satisfied. I thought the price was extremely fair for that immediate fix. Thank you!!!
