I went to Dr Sheppard regularly for the year and a half I lived in Blacksburg. She was phenomenal. Knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, and caring. She’s great for anyone new to acupuncture or experienced. Wish I could’ve taken her with me when I moved away lol
