We’ve done business with warren a couple times. The receptionists have been extremely disrespectful and unprofessional each time. The unit has messed up 3 times in a year. Due to the receptionists screaming and cursing over the phone we will not be doing business with them again. By the looks at other reviews it doesn’t appear we are the only ones. Call mid mountain or Starnes instead. Much better customer service.

I hired this man to repair my outdoor hose attachment. It was frozen and old. I tried to turn it on a couple of days ago. Oh it turned on but the water was running more under the house than thru the hose. He had the audacity to charge me $410.00. He also replaced inside the yoilet bowl. A couple of weeks later I replaced mine in the 2nd bath. It only cost me approx. $35.00. Isn't that what's called a rip off?Service: Home repairs

Warren Heating and Cooling did a great job installing our replacement Carrier Infinity air handler today. Our old one, also installed by Warren, was 18 years old. So that’s quite a testament! We added an Air Knight PX5 air purifier with the new air handler. Very happy with that as well.They all did a fantastic job and they left the work area cleaner than it was before they came!
