He arrived, as promised, and replaced the well pump and restored service by noon. As someone who does building/property maintenance for a living, I was impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work.

1184 Wells Rd, Bedford“Thank You! Jason and crew!(Long)After 2-1/2 months with no heat… Lost heat the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, called a company we had been using for a couple of years. They came out and said we needed a new furnace (we have geothermal which scares most HVAC people) to the tune of $20,000. We said okay, not knowing and trusting the company. A couple of weeks later a new furnace arrived — turns out wrong furnace and missing the heating components from the factory. Three to four weeks later and 13 phone calls nothing happened. Company said they could not get TRANE to call them back. We gave up! Called Johnston Cooling and Heating, they came out the next day. They said all that needed to be replaced was the compressor and we would have a “new” furnace. One week later the house had heat! Thanks again to Johnston, Jason and crew… definitely a six star rating. Guess who we will be using next time!“
