“We had an excellent experience with the team at ClearWater! After noticing we had water in the morning and then suddenly none, I made an early call around 7:30 AM. Within 5 minutes, I received both a text and a callback. The technicians arrived within two hours, quickly identified the problem, and replaced all the wiring and installed a new well pump right on the spot. They even went above and beyond by clearing a wasp nest that was in the way! Their customer service was top-notch—professional, informative, and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend!“

“I live on well water, and our water softener/conditioner breathed it's last breath after 42 years of use. It was a great unit, but the company that manufactured it doesn't exist and hasn't existed for a decade. So I asked two different friends who live 30 minutes apart and work in different industries for their recommendations for a good, honest plumber - and they both gave me the same name! David Labell at Screaming Eagle Plumbing! When I called, his schedule was very flexible, and for a very reasonable price (I got general phone-quotes from several others who specialize in water conditioners, and they all got excited and started quoting me for some very expensive units) he installed our new unit and had us up and running very quickly! I did take the time, before contacting him, to ensure that I understood the science behind modern water conditioners, and I knew in advance what we needed and what we really didn't need. Unintentionally, I thoroughly tested the man's integrity and honesty as he walked me through what the system actually does, and after he tested our water and listened to our use-case, his solution was not to sell us something much more expensive than the system we actually needed! His honesty saved us a lot of money! Not going to call anyone else but this guy in the future!“

“On 11 January, our generator was serviced by Mr. Thomas Spencer from the F.H. Furr electrical department. He arrived on schedule, and we were delighted because he had previously serviced our generator. So we were already accustomed to his exceptional performance, customer service, expertise, and professionalism. He asked some functional questions, then proceeded to tell me what the service would entail. He serviced and tested the generator in a systematic and organized manner. He displayed great attention to detail and after a discussion about battery life, we decided it might be best to replace the over three year old battery. Nothing was overlooked. He wanted to make sure we did not need the generator delayed start extended to avoid unnecessary starts due to frequent short term power outages. He did not leave until he and we were satisfied. He is still that rare combination of a skilled expert and yet concerned about customer care that we had expected. The generator performed its weekly testing and notifications with no issues. It’s very comforting to know that if the power failed, the generator would not. We can count on his work. Mr. Spencer proved to be a committed, responsible, dedicated, and skilled professional. Exceptional performance and customer service can be taken for granted when it is consistently received. However, Mr. Spencer is that steady caliber of superior technician that is one of the reasons we will continue to do business with F.H. Furr.“
