A kitchen remodel initiated by sub-floor movement turned into a transformation of "this old house"! There were so many unknowns at the first meeting with Tom. Each challenge was gradually exposed and the layers, all the way down to the soil, revealed additional components to the project (which added the adjoining 2 rooms). Opening a loadbearing wall had only been a dream, but Tom and his guys, Jon and Daniel, overcame ALL of the structural issues and were able to make it happen.
