Love Van! She has done my nails for 17 years, and she never disappoints! They don't have many techs so definitely make an appt if you don't want to wait. Common sense. That's most nail salons.

I requested a full set and couldn't get what I originally wanted. When they were doing my nails they cut my finger with the machine and seen the blood. I knew that the person doing my nails seen it because i yanked my hand away when he cut me .Then when he got to that part of my finger that he cut, he would only work on that side for up to 3 seconds, so I wouldn't realize he cut me. After that he still failed to mention that he cut me or asked if i was okay. They were trying to charge me an extra 20 for something that was not necessary for the set i wanted. That's why I didn't get what I originally wanted. The vibe was ok but the workers in there were just sitting around and the place was empty.

Waited 30 minutes when it was my turn she tells me I have to wait for her to do another customer who had a appointment. She could have told me this before I waited the 30 minutes just bad for business.
