The Well Personal Fitness is a private, holistic personal training studio offering one-on-one personal training, one-on-one yoga instruction, and virtual accountability in the Richmond, VA area. Their small, local studio caters to individual needs, whether it's starting a fitness journey, getting out of a rut, or elevating overall wellness. Trainers work closely with clients to develop personalized workout plans, providing flexibility and guidance to help achieve goals. Clients appreciate the confidence and knowledge gained through working with trainers, who offer support and accountability through one-on-one meetings, workouts, and "homework" assignments. I had the opportunity to work with Aubrey the year leading up to my wedding and she was great. We were able to customize a plan that fit my needs - both schedule and level of ability wise. When I started, I hadn’t worked out in a long time and Aubrey helped me take the time to build a strong foundation slowly to then get stronger and train harder as we continued to work together. I liked that the Fan studio was small and it was a one-on-one training experience. Aubrey also provided nutritional information to help me think bigger picture about reaching my goals. She was available to me for accountability and checking in on me when I was scheduled to be doing by things in my own, between our sessions. I enjoyed working with Aubrey and highly recommend her to others!
