The first experience was a good one. The second time a year later I purchased a voucher on Groupon, made an appointment and received a confirmation email, and text. The was a charge from Runwaylookz Website for $15 to be applied to the balance of the services, however the services were already paid for on Groupon. That should have been my first red flag. I showed up and waited for 30 mins, called the number which was turned off. When I got a call back Christina said she had tried calling reschedule, but did not leave a message, or text, or email. She said she does not take a Groupon, which is fine but would not be refunding the $15 booking fee either. Instead I would have to come back on Saturday and double the amount of the Groupon. No thanks. I am 30 mins away and gas isn't cheap either, not to mention a lack of communication or consideration of clients time.
