The people who work at ***, are, not only professional, efficient, prompt and knowledgeable they are also very kind. I could not be serviced for several days after my initial quote, so, they sent over a technician to set up a portable conditioner immediately. Thank you to all the staff who work so hard at ***, and to their supervisors and managers who set such a high standard.
I had an issue with my generator which only had 15 hrs running time on it & Brendan with OHA, is a certified Generac installer & service tech. Although my generator was a Kohler, he went through a troubleshoot procedure to figure out why the engine wouldn't start up after cranking. He identified the issue, checked all connections and ran pre-tests on it and it fired up.It was due to a vacuum lock due to an improper installation of the gas line from a previous plumber install.Brendan was extremely professional from start to finish, explaining each item he was testing and why and diagnosed the issue.I highly recommend OHA for generator issues. Mike and Jerry very courteous and professional technicians. They were thorough with the installation of my new furnace and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend OHA for any A/C or Furnace needs.
