MSI has wonderful associates - Fati, Diane, Agnes and Herb were very knowledgeable extremely helpful. There selection of flooring, granite and tile is extensive. The associates were very patient and took the time to help me plan my renovation from floors - fireplace - granite countertops - backsplash. If you are doing a home renovation you definitely need to visit MSI Ashland.

I arrived at MSI 15 mins before closing. Both CS reps, Diane & Agnes were so helpful. They stayed past closing to get samples for me and Diane even let me look at a few slabs in the warehouse. Thank you both. Good CS is hard to find these days. I really appreciate it. You're employer is so lucky you ladies.

The showroom was clean and organized. I was able to pick out countertops, flooring, and backsplash in one visit. Agnes and Diane, at the front desk, were very helpful in answering all my questions and getting me sample to take home. I highly recommend this company.
