I should probably wait until I have to use my heat a few times before I leave a review but I am going to go ahead and do so because I’m so pleased with the service that I just received from C. L. Kenny, who is an expert for Howell’s Heating and Air. This is the second time he’s been to my property and he pinpointed the problem and was strategic and thought outside the box to to fix it. He was extremely professional and kind, which is just so amazing these days. I am beyond pleased with Howel's Heating and Air. The technician. Mark was phenomenal. The process for making an appointment was easy. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the quality of the work was beyond reproach. Mark did a thorough cleaning of my Daikin units and was so polite and professional. He made sure I understood what he was doing. He was an amazing representative for his company. I am now a Howel's fan for life. Excellent, excellent, excellent!
Howell's provides excellent service. I have been a customer for many years. Their semi annual maintenance program works very well. Their technicians are are skilled, prompt and courteous.
Josh had done our semi annual service recently, and he found that an auxiliary part needed to be replaced. Josh returned yesterday for the replacement. While working on the system. He identified an additional problem which he corrected. I appreciate Josh's persistence and attention to detail.
