She did more than the others that came out to give us estimates and she was very concerned about our needs and explained everything from the work to be done to financial needs, she was very well knowledgeable about everything.Your office people Ms. Jay and Ms. Vergie were very pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed talking about the flowers in your office with Ms Jay and when Ms Vergie met us at the showroom she was very friendly and very easy to talk with. “One day soon, Google will have to make an entire book of reviews for Brains and Brawn. Yes, they are that great! Nick Emmons and his crew just can't be beat. He is on top of every appt and even texts when they're on their way. Punctuality is golden to them and to their customers....myself being over the moon happy with them. My yard had been fairly destroyed by a teen I'd given the chance to do all yard work for the summer. Never again. Prior to that, my yard was pristine, but after, a disaster. Then I found Nick. The fix for my yard was certainly not a 1-day job even with excavating done, but boy, it was worth every single cent of his competitive prices. My grass is so lush and beautiful now that the urge to drop to the ground and roll from one end to the other is overwhelming. He works right along with his crew for hours. He does exactly what you want/need and gives suggestions where needed. Nick is the most genuine, gracious and honest business owner I've ever met, you can count on him and you can believe I'm not letting him go. Ever. You won't, either. “Had water pipe freeze and burst in master bath ceiling on Christmas Eve AM. Tony was out here by early afternoon and had plumbing fixed by later afternoon. The ceiling had fallen in and by noon on the 27th everything was restored! Tony kept in touch throughout and the work was excellent. Can't praise highly enough.“
